Senior Consultant
Your tasks
As senior consultant, you are responsible for the controlling of subprojects. This means that you will be in charge of coaching your team colleagues regarding content and specialist topics. Furthermore, you will take responsibility for tasks concerning project acquisition and engage in the recruiting, training processes as well as in the development of intellectual capital.
After about two years, promotion to a position as project manager is possible. To join directly as a Senior Consultant, you should have relevant professional experience of at least three years. Furthermore, we expect first experiences in management responsibilities as well as in the project business.
Your Profile
- Good or very good university degree (preferably with doctorate / MBA) preferably in business administration, industrial engineering or business informatics
- At least 3 years of professional experience in well-known companies and/or at a renowned management consultancy desirable (if applicable also acquired through internships)
- Quality awareness and strong commitment
- Very good MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
- IT knowledge (for example about IT infrastructure) is an advantage
- Team spirit as well as high efficiency and motivation (“can-do attitude”)
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Confident appearance and convincing communication skills
- Proven presentation and moderation experience desirable
- Business fluent in English and German
- Enjoyment of and interest in technology and technical innovation
